Re: Another Kenzo / Spaceman Track
Anybody else listened to this yet?
Unreal - sounds like a proper dub reggae version of Spiritualized, as produced by Phil Spector, and I'm only half way through...
This is another 16 min track too!

Re: Another Kenzo / Spaceman Track
I agree, it's got a nice groovy spacey-dub flavour ... very nice!
I've only had the chance to hear it via the app on my phone, so can't read the full Soundcloud page. I know this isn't the first epic tune from this particular account, but do we know what they are actually for? Also who or what is this Kenzo character?

I'm like Evel Knievel, I get paid for the attempt. I didn't promise this shit would be good!

Pretty sure this Kenzo is a (French) fashion label here in the UK, and this is another track used for the launch of their new collection. No idea what the clothes look like or anything. Either the designer has an appreciation of Jason's work or he's just a gunslinger for hire...

another time i'm glad there's an offical website to keep fans updated with such stuff
“You're not Dostoevsky,' said the citizeness
'Well, who knows, who knows,' he replied.
'Dostoevsky's dead,' said the citizeness, but somehow not very confidently.
'I protest!' Behemoth exclaimed hotly. 'Dostoevsky is immortal!”

Re: Another Kenzo / Spaceman Track
It would be nice (though highly unlikely) to get an official release of both of these tracks. 12" vinyl
It's nice to be liked,
But it's better by far to get paid.

Re: Another Kenzo / Spaceman Track
I used:
http://mp3fiber.com/
to rip a 320kbs mp3 copy that came out at 37mb. Unfortunately can't upload it for folks right now as my phone dropbox won't work, but it's a really easy site to use.
I'm not sure what the original bitrate was, so it may not be worthwhile. It's a long time since I've used a Soundcloud account and can't recall what the options are in terms of file format for upload.

I hear that Jason is standing in for Owen Wilson in a couple of scenes for the upcoming Zoolander 2.

Jason does have the 'Blue Steel' look down to a fine art..
Re: Another Kenzo / Spaceman Track
It is two bonus instrumentals someone found that were not advertised and are not for sale in any way, shape or form.
Personally, I love both tracks. I am not concerned about who paid Jason to write them. I am just happy someone found them.
