Re: Band member unwell/Cancellation of Philly show

When this was first reported yesterday i had assumed it was the bass player. Was under the impression he was the party-head of the band now. I figured J, Bales, Doggen, and the bass player are irreplaceable on short notice. Whoever it is, hope they get better. Whoever that child is spamming social ...

I would really like to see something along the lines of a LAGWAFIS lineup perform Let's Dance. Stay With Me potential. That's what I've been hoping for the NY and LA shows, considering their one-off nature. We'll see. If it's just the band, it will still be incredible. And Kevin back certainly has a...

Ah, I was sure there was in response to the post in the album thread about being more excited for a record than a show. Ten times out of 10 I'll take seeing Spiritualized live over a new album. Especially considering the trends with the records since LICD. The shows are still earth-shaking, visceral...

Take Your Time, Take Good Care of It, and the Individual? Say what??? It's astonishing to me that a Spiritualized fan could not like that songs. Especially, the first two. They're pillars. Was the Barbican show pro-shot? I can't speak to whether or not it was better. The only reason I'm clamoring for this release is that there were multiple cameras shooting for the stream. Well, that and it was a fantastic performance.

The bass in Radio City was a huge part of the show.

I'm begging here. If Spin needs a cut, I'm sure most of us will be happy to pay more to cover that. Even the imperfections are great. I don't have a problem with this, as Coppola, Viggo and Adams are all worthy artists. They all take what they do very seriously and are good at what they do. That said, I'd rather see a film about Neal Cassady than an adaptation of On the Road. The longer we go and the more people who knew he that w...
