Stereolab - Vicar St. Dublin I think i'd go with Angelsighs view that they were good not great. Highlights were Metronomic Underground, Anamorphose :D , Crest, Blue Milk and Lo Boob Oscillator. I think I would find that setlist quite hard work.
I can understand the whole album thing with orchestra, choir and all the bells and whistles, but with just a core band? Strikes me as a bit of a snoozefest.

Can't remember much about their albums tbh but i've a feeling that i'm in the same camp as Laz!

I also found them disappointing at LPF. My only time to see them and even though they were making all the right noises I just couldn't connect with it at all.

Also got to add my love for Murray Street. It features some of my favourite SY songs. Can't really remember Sonic Nurse or Rather Ripped but I loved The Eternal. Caught them live on that tour, where they played all but one tune off it, and they were superb.
