Hey folks. Saw this listed from 2007 while idly searching around the internet. Does anyone have a copy of this? Did it ever come out? It looks to me that it was planned but never made it.

Glad you're loving Light Heat runcible. I've been a fan of Quentin's stuff for years - Azusa Plane (with whom he drummed LOUD) and then Mazarin and now Light Heat. Was lucky enough to see Light Heat in Brooklyn this year and they were incredible.

It's on Volume 4. It's a beautiful drone/tone poem track more like an EAR piece or a Forever Alien piece. The Live Chronicles 2 is the same track but another couple of minutes.

Can any computer boffins work out how to add the small ? to Spiritualized. I rather like that on my ipod I have Spiritualized, Spiritualized Electric Mainline, Spiritualized (r), and Spiritualized+ representing different phazes of the band.

I don't like this format for gigs either. Only one's I've seen are House Of Love and Ladies and Gentlemen (3 times). The House of Love one was great but it was noticable that the band looked much more relaxed and into it once the album had been played and they could cut loose on the encores. The Spz...

How many versions have other fans got? My itunes says I've got 89 and coming up for 8 hours in total. I thought of what might be next up for most tracks. I know that Electric Mainline was only ever a Spiritualized tune but I only have 62 versions of that. :-)

Great thread. I have listened to just Electric Mainline for a few hours before so feel worthy to comment. For me the best is Prince of Wales, Melbourne, 2004. It takes off, goes higher and higher, then pushes through to somewhere new when you think there is nowhere else it can go. Amazing.

It's a great album but perhaps a little one-paced. Everything flows together really well. So well that it almost feels like one continuous piece of work.

I have also been buying vinyl to 'replace' CDs which I bought to 'replace' the original cassettes - not for my favourite bands etc which I have always bought vinyl for but other things.
