yeah, I just got thier new album and its very different from the live show. very pop sounding. the live show was one big 45 min dynamic sitar drone.

just finished this book and I highly recommend it.
not really a linear biography as he skips around different periods of his life, but just like his music its intriguing, mysterious, romantic and funny.
even if you're not a Dylan fan you'll dig it. its pretty short too.
