Thanks a lot for this! :D I tried to google but didn't find much, other than that ~50% relative humidity is recommended for paper archives. My experience so far is also that this means that I need to heat the room to avoid too high humidity levels, to around the temperatures you mention.

I know of no other recording of this piece, but as you mention, some of the melodies in there are also heard elsewhere (most notably the signature melody of "Honey" I guess). Have to agree it's an awesome recording and among the very best Spacemen material I've ever heard.

yes, juding from the fact that "Starship" is the same version as on LIE1989/SAG! and that it does not segue into "Revolution", the included "Revolution" has to be the second performance of that song. I have not cross-checked this with my original tape copy of this gig y...

Problem with this record is that there are so many 'dodgy' copies around it's hard to tell an original, anybody know how you can spot the real thing :?: i guess this is a problem with any extremely rare record... just as with anything else, there is a price level at which it becomes rather tempting...

as far as i know, that album has not been reissued on vinyl by space age since it was first released in 1995

i was in the upper circle seats and the sound was really loud from the start, with an absolutely awesome and well audible doggen all the way through the entire set... guess that the audio quality is very sensitive to your position considering the shape of that venue.

as this is probably the best resource online that i know of when it comes to music recommendations... :D i have discovered indian classical music quite recently. it all begin with seeing a three-piece live act (sitar, tabla & harmonium) passing through my city, and now i am caught. absolutely lo...
