Enjoyed RCB in liverpool, annoying that his vocals are so buried in the mix, some nice simple melodies and hooks on record that are barely audible. Songs from all 4 albums, no idea what order etc (which is poor for me , but i couldnt be arsed making notes) Do like the Philarmonic band room, nice spa...

Re: What gigs have you just been to?

A couple recently Magic Shoppe with support from Kundolini Genie at Peer Hat Manchester Leanne always puts on decent nights and always well attended not far off a full house here. Re: New Death in Vegas Lp

Yeah I grabbed a copy, its alright, agree though it does get a bit pedestrian and I dont mean in anambient way either. Some tracks are good. Andy bells GLOK album is far superior in my opinion

Re: Liverpool Psyche Fest

Pretty ordinary line up. I will swerve this and instead be at oh sees in Manchester me thinks

WH Lung, Snapped Ankles Vanishing Twin, Sunburned Hamd Of Man all decent and would watch but no comparison and far more expensive than oh sees.

Re: What gigs have you got coming up?

Next gig is Tyler Childers in Manchester on Jan 18th, then the small matter of Ride in Berlin on Feb 2nd !!

I noticed I hadn't posted about the Ride show in Manchester, probably gig of the year for me.

Re: What gigs have you just been to?

Only 23 gigs for me, about half my normal tally (although played 19 gigs myself so that explains the decline in numbers) Finished the year off with a fine Steve Mason show at the Pink Room, Yes, Manchester,. Just Steve, a backing singer and a guy on keys and percussion. Wonderful show, one of those ...
