I like Giger but, as with R. Crumb, I'm more thankful that they both found art as an outlet for their imagination. Otherwise, I think both of them would have been in jail. Their images are dark, disturbing and detail fetishes that most of us cannot imagine or, we wouldn't dare speak about in public...

I really enjoyed this movie. It stuck to the stories pretty faithfully. A Soft Touch is really sad. The stories in the book are generally excellent. Acid House (1998)

A film adaptation of Irvine Welsh's short stories. It's in the same style and grit of the more popularly know 'Trainspotting'. Although this one is cheaply made and kind of confusing.
