what BT client are u using? if its 3.3 i.e the latest official client, then the files only get allocated as they're downloaded. if ur using 3.2 the whole folder/file gets allocated i.e 570MB. this may be why your getting that startup disc full error so you need at least 570MB free before u can downl...
