Stereotypically, Man Machine was a favourite of mine during lots of summer cycling.

Whether it's true or not I don't know, but one poster on reddit stated that they were part of an old collection of stuff that was digitised en masse when compiling material for the 20th anniversary collection a couple years ago. So probably a record company intern snooping!

That was my only tiny gripe upon first listen. I loved the space inbetween before the "so long" vocals part started.and the other is So Long You Pretty Things is missing the huge cresendo between the main body and the outro.

There have been FLAC rips of these for a couple years, they were originally going to be released to co-incide the summer 2008 (was it really nearly four years ago now?!?) gigs.

For what it's worth I recall an article in Q magazine shortly before LICD came out that stated Ladies And Gentlemen had sold "around 100'000" in the UK. Bear in mind this was in 2001.
