In fact i think Broken Heart is a brilliant track and LAGWAFIS a brilliant album. The NME version is, in my opinion, is the best i've heard it. I love Broken Heart and don't for one second think it sounds out of place between The Individual and Not God Only Religion. And i think the more recent Liv...

It just seems like these days, whenever an artist who has achieved acclaim in the past puts out something new, the standard reaction is to unfavorably compare it to the old familiar material (the classic “I like his early work betterâ€). The problem with The Life Aquatic is that it is exactly li...

$26 is actually right for the most part. The film is another Wes Anderson film. Nothing more and nothing less. Rushmore is an excellent film and the Royal Tennenbaums is a very good film. But Life Aquatic is an ok film and I seriously doubt that it will ever be considered a classic above his other f...

The deal w/Trader Joes is they buy off all the excess wines from a lot of the very good vineyards in wine country and sell it off as that Charles Shaw $3 buck Chuck. New records also cost a lot of money. And when they're shit it's money that could have been parlayed into some nice wine. I've been on a decent wine kick lately. Cellar #8 is damn fine for $10 a pop (at trader joes that is.) Also, the new Trader Joes President Reserve is very very good for only $10...
