I was so wrong.

What an album. Thank you Jason.

There are two brilliant compilations that have been posted here that have 110 tracks for Spacemen 3 and about 50 for Spiritualized of classic tunes that Jason/Sonic either borrowed from or were general influences on their sound. I highly recommend tracking them down -- great music and great insight...

On the whole I think I like it. I think it's the best of the latter three albums.

The strings to "Baby I'm just a fool" are almost exactly the same as "All of my Tears" from Pure Phase to these ears. Genius track.

It's just a rush to hear a new Spiritualized album! I'd begun to doubt...

Due to an inconveniently scheduled holiday on the isle of Skye (where I will be checking the location of my troosers at all times*) I will miss both the album launch and the May tour.
