Got mine today. From official site but no yellow, just black!! First listen.....I'm coming home sounds very nice. Vocals clearer and a more cleaner mix, less effects. More prominent sounds. Crazy difference is subtle. Again vocals sound clearer. Seemed slower to me too, probably isn't. Again less ef...

After seeing the blurb on Rought Trade site I'm thinking they are early mixes that J did rather than actual "demos" of the tracks. That's the feel I'm getting. Yeah think you are right. I very much doubt J ever does traditional demos where he strums the song or something. But still, early...

There's a twitter user with a report of what happened (based, they say, on a relative who worked at the venue). Obviously this is unsubstantiated and could be complete rubbish, so make of it what you will. But here's the thread , if you're interested. Can't believe J still does heroin does he? I do...

Looking back at the setlist I must admit I think it's a pretty good set. I agree with most that soul on fire into CT is a bit strange but it kinda worked. Just wish they had strings, choir and brass as on the ANH London show.

Although there were a fair few songs from ANH, to be fair the only show they'd done in the UK since the release of ANH was the Apollo show in 2018 (and possibly Blue Dot?). So anyone who hadn't had the opportunity to go to those shows would have nearly 4 years worth of pent up ANH desire :) Yeah th...

Getting some thoughts down on last night's gig in Brighton. Pros: Band sounded great.
