all i can say is that in 25 years I've been seeing this band live, that was one of the top couple performances. the orchestra and choir were top notch and the sound of the kings theater was superb. if you have a chance to go to the la show with the same group, don't miss it. if they're really losing...

for NYC, you can call the box office and get VIP tix (in the front mezzanine) for the same price, if not cheaper, than the front sections. $65 + service fee for the front sections, $75 and no fee for Mezzanine VIP

I had some noise on mine too, in fact the second disc was just about unlistenable. I had the limited pressing from the label and let them know and they were kind enough to send me a replacement. it's better but not a great pressing overall. I don't know who sacred bones is using for a pressing plant...

I think the bunch that went on the road u think were part of the deal that luna got to keep and sell some. I think the box is only available from numero directly this time for vinyl. The Cd one should be available elsewhere. They may ship worldwide. As far as shoes go, I haven't seen anything and read that they were unlikely to happen.

Maybe I should consider myself lucky that I got one white pellet mixed in with my vinyl. Is this the European press or did they do an additional press for the US?

Agree vinyl is nice though haven't had a moment to fully crank it yet. Definitely appreciate the DVD data disc with mp3, lose less m4p, and .wave files of all of the tracks. Got to play Christmas steps and they definitely preserved the dynamic range on that one.

Spent north of $300 which about average for me. Really don't get Fire, though. $28 for the bardo 12" (2 songs!), $80 for the Sp3 set( which I passed on), yet only $40 for complete set of the Moles (2×LP AND 2xCD). Must say they had the best stuff out of any label this, especially if you count the ES...

Looks like translucent flashbacks is being repressed for RSD this year. Given that they repressed the the EPs that contain the full versions of these songs, this seems COMPLETELY unnecessesary. I have several of the MOV stuff, Slowdive and others, it's it is certainly far above average in terms of vinyl reissues. They have a licenseing deal wit h Sony (who have the rights to the creation stuff), ,so they often have access to original masters. I also own most of the Slowdive stuff on origin...

I assume that because lagwafis has the cd track order and not the original LP order, it was mastered from cd/digital file. Also pp does not have quite the same panning of the original. That being said, they are not bad pressings (like some of the other plain lps)

Dom said he sent about 200 out. In terms of rarity, the I love you white label had 50 and Sonic's "how the blues" was a release of 100 I think. I guess it depends on whether you count promos, semi legit bootlegs, or color vinyl pressings (100 on orange vinyl of playing with fire Space Age reissue)

I think the sound quality is fairly decent for what amounts to demos recorded circa late 80s. Certainly better fidelity than say TDTMMTTDT, but I'm not sure that was the point, as they were both demos. Its good to hear some of the songs with Andrea Heukamp singing as well and the did a very thorough...
