Gerald will argue royalties are being paid correctly. Even if so the poor sound on the majority of the records is reason enough to let Pete or Jason remaster them. Which can't happen.

If you read many tweets from Hookworms they don't hesitate to lay into bands where vaguely similar accusations have been made. They constantly said 'Always Believe Survivors', so it's hardly surprising how volatile the reaction has been to these allegations.

Well the album is there to stream... Jump to Ullswater if you want to see what I mean. It's superb.

Played the rest of the album & I much prefer the slightly more conventional singing style than all the screeching he used to do. They've toned that echo down too which is a blessing.

Funkadelic. .. The self-titled & Free Your Mind & Your Ass Will Follow are along the lines of Maggot Brain in terms of rocking pretty hard. The latter is insanely tripped out too. Both are excellent.
