Earlier this month we had a two week period where we saw Codeine, Depeche Mode, Luna and Spiritualized. Fucking fantastic shows!

When they played San Diego the setlist was super short. They played maybe 5/6 songs. There was another opener who were horrible. Cutting into my Spz time.

QOTSA were great. Super tight and sounded good.

At this point, I'm shocked they even print out the setlist anymore. I guess these more recent tours have a different order of the songs, but they're still all the same!

My fiance and I were there and really enjoyed it! Beautiful theater and the sound was great. The least amount of people out of the 4 shows we went to though. They passed out kind of standard 11"x17" posters for the show afterwards.

Got my deluxe version in the mail today. On first listen, the first side sounds really bad. Lots of noise and almost like my speakers were blown out. Second side sounds better. Love the album though! I'm definitely a fan of this one.

I watched this last week. It's really cool to see and hear the Velvet Underground, but I have to admit I thought it was a bit dull. I love the John Cale experimental music explanations, but once the documentary went past him leaving, it dropped off fast.

Another great reissue! I haven't opened the glow in the dark vinyl yet, so can't confirm the distortion on the last few tracks, but the black vinyl sounds flawless.
