yeah, i'd love to hear that, too. also 'hold on' like it's played on the kexp radio session. i like that acoustic version better than the one on the album.
um... and 'lord can you hear me.'

i want to attend that london show in november, but it's the day after the acoustic mainlines gig in edinburgh, and that might be stretching it a bit with my travel companions. i'm seeing them in seattle a few of weeks from now, though, with the dandy warhols. do bjm shows usually sell out there?

i don't know anything about what is involved in making these t-shirts, but $40 is really unfortunate/sad. spiritualized is one of the few bands i'd even want a shirt from, so it sucks they are that much. still, the highest show on earth tee is awesome and i'd love to have one. $32 or so for those bu...

And the best band in America right now, maybe short of Wilco, is the Drive-by Truckers...not exactly country, but down and dirty, whiskey-soaked rock and roll with three surprisingly articulate songwriters detailing among other things, the plight of the southern man. Thumbs WAY up on the Truckers. ...

Nope. Set Me Free is one of Pete's finest moments in my opinion and a stand out track on the album - the reprise is also very sweet. I like I Love You too - that 60s flute bit at the end is sublime (the rare remix is even better). You miss out When Tomorrow Hits and Why Couldn't I See too? I love t...

it's on the 'if i love you' 12" (as 'swallow tail'), and there's a live version on the 'tepid peppermint wonderland' restrospective.
