Re: L&G - Vinyl Me, Please - artist-approved LP reissue

I really need to get hold of this but, damn, its expensive to pick up... :( Hate being late to the party sometimes. I agree about it being expensive. It is, however, a magnificent pressing. I have a decent stereo system and this version of L&G is one of the best records I've played on it in terms o...

Pat Fish has done a bunch of gigs from his front room on Facebook. They've been decent and I've been happy to pay money into the tip jar. I'm not sure I want to shell out £12 to the likes of Dice to watch a stream. I would rather give the band all the money.

Re: corona-era check in corner

But if you could just see the beauty... .....these things I could never describe. All good here in Liverpool. I'm recovering from a bit of surgery and some other tedious health-related stuff so have been told to self isolate for 12 weeks in the first case. This means I'll have been housebound from ...

Re: New stuff from Pete this year?

Deluxe version of album only available from label direct. Glow in the dark vinyl and nice shiny sleeve by the sounds of it. Deluxe version Ltd LP and standard available from Sonic's bandcamp. T-shirt also available. That deluxe version is just over the import duty threshold, so if you do buy a copy...

Re: RSD 2020

More interesting to me is John Massoni & Sonic Boom - The Sundowner Sessions which hopefully won't be on a label affiliated with previous unpleasantness...

Re: Liverpool Psyche Fest

That lineup reeks of meh! It'll be a social occasion for me as I have tickets. I don't think I would have bothered otherwise.

Re: new Aliens?

Ordered! Great thing with downloads in the order mail, nice touch, that! It is, but i wonder is Neil ELBL cool with that for the forthcoming Live In Brixton album? He seemed to take umbrage with people who bought his records having the temerity to look for a download too. Expected them to she...

Absolutely spot on. There are far too many good people MIA from this board.
