Pete's voice work's perfectly on PWF.

I like his voice - it's as simple as that.

I listened to the Sonic Boom song 'Angel' last week for the first time in ages - and I was hooked all over again. I can't imagine anyone else's voice except Pete's really working on that song.

Sorry Runcible, I didn't mean I had live Heads stuff - just other bands live LPs that were glorified bootleg quality.

HMV are rubbish trying to buy vinyl from. I cancelled my order with them last night and ordered it instead from Piccadilly Records in Manchester. They've already sent it today. :D

I listened to The Notorious HiFi Killers last night for the first time on MySpace after this tip-off.

5 minutes later I'd ordered their album.

They sound sooooo good.

Having listened, it's no wonder they're giving it away free. It's the only way they'll get rid of it. I think it's dire and bland and there's barely a decent melody in there. No groove, no soul, nothing. It's like listening to (shivers at the thought) some Hard-Fi demos. I've given up hope of The Ch...
