Re: all you need is love

Not mad at all, actually. I remember when one of Lennon's white piano's sold for $3500.00 - in the mid 1970's; it was "reasonably priced", but $3500.00 was still a lot of money. I also remember our neighbor shelling out $29,000.00 for a new Bugatti; that certainly can't be done anymore. Ho...

Re: 2016

My attempts will be to continue what I have been doing for 40+ years, to find those elusive releases I do not yet have, and "New" pieces I am not yet aware of; a LIST would be superfluous for me; there is still so much I enjoy (and that I am aware of), that I wouldn't know where to start r...

Re: Youth interview in DiS

Like so many others, I enjoyed the Web Site; Photos, especially of the Discography and related images were a great help to me - I was just a little bit late to Spiritualized, (and to SP3); that these images helped in completing my collection - (or nearly so), anyway. Frankly, it is this SITE that I ...

Re: 16th and 17th Century European Religious documents

I was very pleased to obtain a 1st Edition of "Justinian the 1st, Roman Law"; 1555; very nice leather binding with vellum. Written by a cleric from ancient documents; Latin; a Wonderful Christmas Present! I was unable to obtain an "acceptable" image; the leather is just a bit too...

Re: 2015 lists

My "last of the year" additions list grew a little today; I randomly searched for Sealed LPs and these recordings should be here at the first week in 2016 (+/-). 1&2). "Casino Royale" 1962 OST (James Bond Spoof) MONO and STEREO copies; still sealed. USA. (Used the image sent ...

Re: RIP Lemmy

Yes, it is very sad news. At this time each year, on a "Classic Movie" channel, (TCM), in the USA; a list of names and images of those in Film and related entertainment who were lost during the year is shown. There are so many in Film and entertainment who somehow touch the lives of so man...

Re: Happy Xmas (or whatever you choose to celebrate, or not!

My first thoughts are it CAN't BE 2016 in just a few days. This was a Sinusoidal, Roller Coaster year, but I am thinking REALLY HARD about how great The New Year will be! Dreamweapon, I am all to familiar with assorted Chemotherapeutics. None taste great or feel all that wonderful, but the improveme...

Re: 2015 lists

This was another great year for finding music; I admit to having a hard time listing each release; but a look at the Totality of acquisitions, I can best give at least an idea. 2014 & 2015 were two of the best years I've ever had for sheer numbers of Wonderful examples of "like new" re...
