The mono versions can't be bought as individual albums, you have to buy the box set. Only the stereo versions come as individual cd's as well. I listened to my vinyl of Rubber Soul last night on my stereo thru headphones and it did sound great so will prob pick that one up. I woke up with som eof th...

Re: Beatlemania!
The White Album has always been my steady favourite of all the Beatles albums. To me it's just got such warmth, honesty and an almost carefree attitude to it. My fav track is Long Long Long closely followed by (in no particular order) Rocky Racoon, Cry Baby Cry, Sexie Sadie, Helter Skelter, I Will, ...

No news on the Sp3 7" as yet. Still pretty much in the pipeline. My Contact 12" cost £15 at the gig but then it has been limited to only 500 copies worldwide with maybe a 2nd pressing of the same number as well. These releases always cost that bit extra. At the gig my wallet was loosened ...

This is an excellent 12" and well worth picking up if you can. Saw it on Norman Records for about £19.99.....which is steep. I got one at their Borderline show last month. White vinyl, great 'Disco Frisco' sleeve, download card inside, a proper treat. It also helps that the 2 songs are stunner...

I went to the Funhouse show and it was one of the gigs of my life. Can this be as good now that Ron is no longer around and that James prob hasn't let loose a Stooges riff for many a year?
I'll be booking up whatever.

I need to read up more on this very suspect case. Pushing the boundaries of what you class as 'pop' on here. Surely Honky Tonk Woman, as an example, is rock n roll rather than pop. I wouldn't class my Stones, Beatles, Floyd, Spector albums as pop.
