Yep. Its very good, I would rate it up there with Dog Man Star for sure. It suits the accompanying film they play to perfectly. The band play behind the film screen, visible but only just and clever use of lighting make it look quite effective. The album is not played in order but in the order suite...

Think I caught The Nightbeats on a bad night. Shockingly bad when i saw them. Have the first 2 albums but not fussed on buying the new one.

The heads up on Windy and Carl is a good one. I have 3 of their albums and they have loads of drone and space rock type ambiance. Similar in a way to Transient Waves whom were of a similar vein obviously without any vocals

Yep I went, although I thought the weather apart from Saturday afternoon was pretty miserable. That was in the main due to having to entertain a 5 year old whilst my wife dealt with the baby, so it was never going to be easy.
