Glad to hear it was a good night, I'll be seeing him in Glasgow in a few months.

Have seen him many times before (solo, with the bad seeds and with grinderman), and he's always reliably brilliant. One of the most consistent and fantastic artists to have worked over the past 30 years or so.

Well that was awful, and I quite like Second Coming. Horrible guitar riff, and what sounded like a completely half-arsed lyric.

Yeah, it's great. Initially I felt it was perhaps too indebted to those classic girl groups and a bit too retro, but as you say, there's a lot more going on in there.
