Just looking for a bit of advice. I'm currently in the process of ripping all my CD's to an external hard drive (long process!) and not sure which file format to save them as, ripper software defaults to mp3 but it does give an option to change this. Just finished it and loved it was just lomg enough. I really loved the slow burn of it just cranks it up for when stuff does happen. Last ep had some really uncomfortable viewing moments, I'll leave it at that :lol:

Watched Big Bad Wolves last night really enjoyed it. Story about a cop going after a child killer who got off on a technicality, I know it sounds lame but it's far from that :!: Some very dark and funny humour to go along with a cracking story and some nice twists. :D

Anybody took the shrink off their SP3 boxset yet? Very annoying how they put stickers on outside of shrink wrap (well it is to a sad obsessive like me :lol: ). Am curious as to how many of these were produced, emailed Fire but no joy.

I crumbled picked up SP3 set yesterday! A nice product. Also got Steve Mason 12" and Dinosaur Jr set on it's way. I decided to be a little more selective this year and took the 'if I get it I get it and if I don't I don't' attitude which seemed to work.

After a superb mid-season finale I'm sorry to say this series is going downhill rapidly, too many episodes that don't go anywhere. Just watched Bullhead a film about cattle farming in Belgium, sounds terrible I know but a truly absorbing film and Matthias Schoenaerts in the lead is sensational.

The Hunt

Compelling Danish drama about a nursery school worker wrongly accused of child abuse. Difficult to watch at times but wonderful performances from Mads Mikkelson in the lead and Annika Wedderkopp as the child.

Superchunk at the Brudenell Social Club in Leeds on 2nd Dec. Only three shows in UK massive coup for the club. Before this date was announced was trying to work out logistics of getting to Electric Ballroom :!: So glad that didn't work out !

Starts on Friday night in UK will deffo be tuning in although I have just overdosed (no pun intended) on Breaking Bad which was a stunning series which has taken TV drama to another level :shock: Just hope WD S4 can get somewhere near it!
