I am now on my third listen of my deluxe vinyl box set and I must say I am very pleased with it. My pressing is superb. The box showed up with four sharp corners and the artwork is outstanding.

Even if the interviewer rubs you the wrong way, I would advise persisting. Some great insight into the recording of the bands albums. Just have it on in the background and treat it like a podcast- then you don't have to see his shirtless torso if you don't want to! I am not wired that way. To start...

I have bought the reissue CD's for both LGM and PP as well. Those are my go to for listening now.
Given how amazing the LAG LP VMP remaster turned out I had high expectations for LGM & PP LP's.
Seems like a blown opportunity as far as the vinyl is concerned.

There definitely seems to be a quality control issue with these reissues. Fat Possum knew the least reliable of all colored vinyl is GITD. Someone must have insisted on GITD. Jason? Not sure. I think that Fat Possum offer is open to anyone. If your GITD LP is defective contact them. They have both UK & US offices.
