i remember hearing an acoustic version of Close My Eyes that really moved me. I think it was Bell solo. The nuances of his voice really came out. It was lovely.

As a resident of Birmingham i did very well for Broadcast vinyl first time round.

The first time i saw them they were supporting this band who i feel sure some of you will like. Subaqwa were also from Birmingham around that time.

I like the "one track pass" approach to communal listening.
Each person plays a single track in turn. It really focuses the attention when you are trying to turn other people on to your passions/entertain.
It works well with non music YouTube clips too.
