I think that's the thing with festivals - there's always one or two bands that won't sit well with the crowd. Especially towards the end of the night, when they're fairly lagered up and have had to stand through stuff they probably wouldn't ordinarily have wanted to endure, just to hear their favour...

Don't know if any of you guys had heard of Billy Thorpe in the UK/US, but he was pretty much the father of pub rock in Australia. I've used Hydrogen (http://www.hydrogen-music.org/) to a certain extent to make some pretty nice drum sequences, and while it's still in its infancy as a quality music application, it does a pretty good job, is fairly easy to use, and gives good results. Oh, and it's free.
