They did a signing in Resident Records yesterday. You had to pre-order the album to get a ticket into it. Even as a massive Ride fan I can't say I was that tempted. Not sure if that's a reflection on the new material or the fact I'm getting old and it was a Monday night

Brighton show sold out before I got a chance to grab one. Kinda missed Stereolab first time round but trying to make up for it now with pre-orders for the vinyl reissues of Mars Audiac Quintet and Transient Random-Noise Bursts With Announcements. Seen they've been added to the bill of Greenman too.

Wow Simon, great effort man. I can't play the guitar or anything but do love the whole ethos of effects pedals. Something incredibly geeky about them but amazing how these little things can make such a massive impact to the overall sound of a band. Super cool stuff.
