Subhumans
Belle & Sebastian

That version of Stay with me is great. It lead me on to this video @ Glast in 04. Wow it's great:

I like the strings, horns, choirs etc, but sometimes all you need is a few guitars.

Really enjoying the new record. I've been on holiday for the last two weeks, so only just got hold of the physical copy yesterday - great stuff. Think my fav track is Let's Dance, and then the Prize. Not that keen on The Morning After TBH, can't be doing with all the squealing saxaphones (not my fav...

I think Jason is missing a trick. Doing something like this would be great publicity stunt and help promote the new record:

Re: Last five albums/lp's you bought?
There’s been some great releases over the last 2-3 months: Chatham Rise - Meadow Sweet: really like this band. Lovely mellow shoegazey sound. Best track “Surf in G”. Gulp - All Good Wishes: great 2nd album. The title track is ace! C89 – Various: following on from C86,87 and 88. 3 CDs full of indie m...

Re: Kember Update
I must admit when Indian Giver and War Sucks were released (blimey, can't believe that's nearly 10 years ago now), I thought that a proper new Spectrum album would follow but, alas, it was not to be! I vae enjoyed the Cheval Sombre records - Sonic seems to be involved alot with these - and very much...

I'm really enjoying the teaser track (Up in the Sky) from Clint Sargent's new project "True Primitives". Album out later this month. To my ears - maybe it's the vocal - sounds abit like early Dandy Warhols.

Re: Last Spiritualized Album?
If Jason is finding it time consuming and stressful to produce the Spiritualized records, then maybe he could do with a little help? I understand there's a fellow called Soinc Boom who produces quite a few records nowadays.....

Yes, I see that the A4 album is available on vinyl (not in UK stores yet?) and download, but no CD version as yet. CD is my preferred medium noawdays, so hope that is in the pipe line.
Got the new Wooden Shijps album yesterday and loving that - especially tracks 4,5 and 6 - flippin' magic!
