Trish Keenan RIP

Post by sonic124 »

Good I feel so so saddened to hear this. I was a massive fan of Broadcast. One of thee best live bands I have ever seen and a band that genuinely pushed the barriers. Condolences to all that knew her.

How old was she? She didn't look too old. Most of the time young people don't die of pneumonia. Sad...

Devastating! So young and so sudden. I've been following this since Wednesday. It didn't sound good being H1N1 (swine flu) but you always hope for the best. Unfortunately now she's gone. She was 42. What a major loss. Rest In Peace. Funny enough I was listening to their performance at the HiFi Bar in Melbourne 9.12.2010 over the holidays looking forward to what's to come. Crazy. Here's the Melbourne show from December 9th, 2010.

Bit sad about this, to say the least. I was at the HiFi Bar gig. This must have been a horrible shock for her nearest and dearest. Really makes me angry when I read stories in the press of vaccine shortages etc....

A terrible loss.

Trish was much-loved, admired and respected, and was a hugely-influential person on the Birmingham music scene.

Condolences to her family and friends. She will be missed by so many.
