That's a promo floppy disc from about 1995. Quite fun but scratchy lo-fi images for the most part.

I've seen it. Nothing truly special honestly, especially given how primitive graphics looked back in 1995. Plus, if one were to actually buy this, make sure you have the right equipment because many computers and laptops don't even come with a 3.5" floppy drive anymore. They are officially obsolete.
