Spiritualized at Glastonbury 2004 DVD.

Post by estee »

I have received the Glastonbury DVD from Spliffboy, the recording is fantastic and camera work is amazing compared to the dodgy Camden gig copy from ebay
I will make copies for the first 5 people to send me a PM, I have also contacted the people who have kindly sent me stuff before and I will be making copies for them also.
I will supply the DVD and P&P, all I ask is that people also make copies for others.

Spiritualized at the electric ballroom, and the other is from bristol possibly. both are good copies with clear sound and a good view.

spacemen3 - simply awesone. great early show, classic interview and a few videos as well.

primal scream- the boys in japan, nagasaka. totally brilliant, also interviews with mani and bob g.

jesus and mary chain - the videos collection on dvd.

Hi everyone, the production line has now finished and the discs are in the post as from today so hopefully you will receive them tomorrow if not blame Royal Mail.
If u have access to a DVD burner please make a copy for someone.

Hope u enjoy the gig as much as I did, it was good to watch it again.

I would love a copy of this. I have little to trade. Live Neutral Milk/Jeff Mangum, Van Morrison from 1978 I think, Uncle Tupelo and the Stones' Cocksucker Blues. I have no Spz on video. Would be very grateful if anybody could help out.

I'd love to start an Australian branch, if anyone would be kind enough to send one out to the colonies. Unfortunately no spiritualized stuff to offer in return, however I do have some rather stonking Jeff Buckley and Radiohead bootlegs for trade.

Estee: Got my copy here in the States. Thanks so much!

One problem and I'm hoping someone on this board can sort me out. When I stick the DVD in the player, it recognizes it as a DVD, but I get a DVD message that says it can't play it because of regional limitations/problems or some such crap.

Anyone know a way to work around this problem or the nature OF the problem? Pisses me off that I have this great DVD with no way to play it. And I'm hesitant to make copies for others until I get it figured out

:? HELP ME PLEASE

hey purespace, heres a trick that "should" work. just find out what type of dvd player you have. go onlive and do a search for your dvd player and the words "region free code".

it should be a process of opening /closing then using your remote and punching in a series of digits. it worked for me.

good luck.

would anyone still like this in the bittorrent world? I have never created a bittorrent and want to give it a shot.

BTW, I received a PAL copy in trade and have converted it to NTSC. Which is in higher demand? (I'm in the states, so NTSC is more convenient for me.)

I would love a copy as well, if someone would be so kind. Unfortunately, I'm not a collector so I've got nothing to trade. Also, is this copy a file that can be burnt onto a DVD to be played on a player? Thanks.

Can anyone help me with the following:

1) Was the Glasonbury show any sort of "official" release that people could buy? If so, I can't post it.

2) What is the "lineage" of the show? Was it recorded from TV? It has an annoying host that we hear at the beginning and end of the show indicating that it was on some sort of TV show. Can anyone help?

Thanks
