New(ish) band from Portland, Oregon. I saw them the other night and they were very good. Lots of energy and clearly inspired by 1965-1966 garage pop-psych/punk bands like the Sonics, Syndicate of Sound, Music Machine, Monks etc. But they also owe a lot to the dropped 'D' tuned guitars of the Black Angels. Their album, 'Freezing To Death' is very good but being a low budget recording it lacks the fullness of their live sound. Still worth picking up though. Especially if you are needing some new music recommendations. I think there are several people on this board who will dig them.
