Would like to apologise for the downtime.

And so you bloody well should! 3 days! 3 DAYS! Couldn't read any news about the gigs stateside. I had to actually go out and talk to someone for christ's sake! I'd appreciate a refund for 3 days of my annual subscription please, paypal will be fine.

Seriously though, thanks a million for all the hard work you do hosting this board M. I frequent other boards that have horrendous issues with downtime, loss of posts, random deletion of user accounts etc. There's hardly ever a blip on this board and normally the first I know about it is when I read a message from you apologising for downtime that I never noticed!

Serious about that refund though.
