verve bootlegs
“You're not Dostoevsky,' said the citizeness
'Well, who knows, who knows,' he replied.
'Dostoevsky's dead,' said the citizeness, but somehow not very confidently.
'I protest!' Behemoth exclaimed hotly. 'Dostoevsky is immortal!”

Re: verve bootlegs
thanks so much for this!
I've got a lot of them already but 1995 tour is a big gap for me so I'm all over that!

Thanks for the link, downloaded and listened to a show I was at , Glasgow Barrowlands `98, brought some details I`d forgot right back into focus for me and Mrs M. who was listening sorta in the next room.
Re: verve bootlegs
Just got done downloading everything up to the Urban Hymns demos. Does anyone have favorites between the 92-95 shows?

Re: verve bootlegs
I second the Minneapolis '93 boot- a prime snapshot of the ASIH era band. the sound is slightly distant (if you are nitpicking) but crank it up and it sounds awesome.. a great version of 6 o' Clock, when McCabe does the big sustained notes in the 'solo'.. oh my.
Frankfurt is pretty interesting for it's setlist- Grey Skies! Black & Blue! Mover!
Infact, right up until Urban Hymns the band were excellent for playing unreleased songs. early on they played South Pacific, Staring Stranger.. on the '95 tour they played early versions of Come On, The Drugs Don't Work and Rolling People!! they were developing so fast.
it's not on this page, but if anyone hasn't got Hultsfred Festival 1994, get it NOW!
I've got various other Verve boots if anyone is interested.. I am feeling generous so can put together a list when I get a chance.
