On the radio they said they'd wait and see how much they enjoy these shows before even thinking about the long term.

At the same documentary festival I saw 'Long Strange Trip' they had a very good Aidan Moffat doc on beforehand.

'Where You're Meant To Be; tells the story of Moffat re-purposing old Scottish folk tunes for a modern generation. Was never a big Arab Strap fan, liked some of their stuff, but I thought the film was very good. Very funny and it made me think that perhaps someone should do a documentary on Gordon Anderson or at least the whole Beta Band family.

I'd quite like to see a Barrowlands doc too, maybe one exists already...time to investigate methinks.

That live album of old Scottish songs is brilliant... Aidan is a very clever wordsmith, and thats always been a real draw for me.

THIS had me in tears of laughter...
