Einstürzende Neubauten - Where to Start?

Post by purespace »

Have to admit they've been on my peripheral radar since the 80s but have never dove into any of their music. Have tickets to see them on Detroit in October. Any advice on where to slide into their catalog for a newbie?

You can start by going to closest construction site and start from there.

'Kollaps' and 'Ende neu' is essential stuff!

Halber Mensch and Haus Der Lüge are the two I'd suggest for a good sampling of the various styles the band use.
