Primal Scream song identification

What was that groovy-spacey-bluesy Primal Scream song that started with lyrics like "You seen me at my worse, it ain't the last, it ain't the first". Pardon my poor grammar and poor every other thing, but question remains. The closest primals ever done anything to Spiritualized and i am sure, that someone knows here what i am looking for!
