Spiritualized

Sitting here (still) listening to LICD and LGM (in prep of new reissue arriving) and i started to imagine...

A Spiritualized album of covers. I'm thinking in a similar vein to The Dirtbombs' Ultraglide In Black... but with classic gospel & blues songs. Staples Sisters, Sister Rosetta Tharpe, RL Burnside, etc. Must be plenty of tracks out there that Jason would do justice to.

Shall we start a petition?

Must admit I like to hear a live Spiritualized take on Elvis's Edge of Reality. I think it'd work rather well.
