I'm not really sure what i think of that. I guess i don't dislike it.

I like it, a different more mournful reading.
Wish more bands would cover Spiritualized. The chord sequences are quite simple and repetitive, I reckon there's a lot of room for interpretation (bit like covering Dylan)

on the topic of Spiritualized covers, I tried to find a link to The Delines version of Broken Heart to share (discussed elsewhere on the board), but couldn't find one. trust me, it's pretty good!

I quite like that. Chilled and meditative - initially it almost sounds like a version that could have been recorded during the Amazing Grace recordings. That sparseness… Maybe.

I’d like to hear that recorded with Mimi Turner’s vocals, although HGM does a good job anyway.

Did you mean Mimi Parker? 'Cos i must admit my first thought on hearing this was that i'd love to hear Low cover it.
