I like it, a different more mournful reading.
Wish more bands would cover Spiritualized. The chord sequences are quite simple and repetitive, I reckon there's a lot of room for interpretation (bit like covering Dylan)

on the topic of Spiritualized covers, I tried to find a link to The Delines version of Broken Heart to share (discussed elsewhere on the board), but couldn't find one. trust me, it's pretty good!

I quite like that. Chilled and meditative - initially it almost sounds like a version that could have been recorded during the Amazing Grace recordings. That sparseness… Maybe.
I’d like to hear that recorded with Mimi Turner’s vocals, although HGM does a good job anyway.
