Spzretent, lighten up.

There's no need to take every little comment so fucking seriously.

It's only a messageboard.

something to cheer spzretent and all of us, up!
Even though Axl Rose is facing legal problems, it didn’t stop him from chatting and signing an autograph for a fan in Malibu a few weeks ago. Axl told the fan "Chinese Democracy" will be released early next year, and Guns N Rose’s is also looking to put a new song on "The Da Vinci Code" movie soundtrack. The movie, based on Dan Brown’s controversial best-selling novel, is currently in production and stars Tom Hanks. Could 2006 be the year for legendary Axl Rose?

Thin skinned?

Clueless.

If I had to explain to you what I meant each and every time I typed something, I wouldn't have time for much else, would I?

I was thinking that, and maybe they will re-release FUI but then I read it again. "all the available album back catalogue". Could be just the albums you can get anywhere? Might be reading a little too much into it...

you might be right. I read 'album' to mean record. and it does say 'available' - I don't think there are any records available are there?

Oh well, at least with luck I succeeded in changing the subject

if the powers that be peruse this site they know there is quite a demand for the first 3 releases on vinyl. I hope they would use the folks who put out the MBV and Screamadelica reissues over someone like say Simply Vinyl.

screamadelica was simply vinyl, wasn't it? that sounds terrific.

i'm still not really convinced by loveless (err, the reissue ... i love the album to bits), it's kind of difficult to judge, and it sounds good, but i don't think it sounds miles better than the cd or anything, the cd just sounds a little confined. i've never heard the creation vinyl release, either. apparently kevin never wanted it coming out on anything other than cd, although that was likely at a time when cds seemed a fabulous improvement on vinyl.

i'm not really sure how big a deal getting a repress on vinyl is, but judging by the sort of things you see at the back of bigger shops like hmv - racks of blood on the tracks, pet sounds, elvis and snoop dogg albums and james brown at the apollo, i'd have thought it'd sell enough records.

ALL ALBUMS?

OH SNAP!

:( poor ebayers. I'm glad that I opted to just collect whatever comes thru my grubby little paws at Amoeba. This is exciting news tho, I want to get so much on LP. YAY Jase!

A polite suggestion to the people who run the site:
If you can, could you make it so that quicktime is not the only option? I can only run MediaPlayer at work and it's also nice to be able to view the movies full screen. I can never do that with the quicktime option.

smooches,
amelia

Surely though if they re-issue LAGWFIS on vinyl the 1st pressing will still be worth the same amount of money, unless people fob the new versions off as the old ones on ebay *hmm, interesting idea* haha.

So is LAGWFIS on double vinyl rarer than the 12 cd pill thingy? I got that for £35 bargain i thought...
