Sukpatch

This band are being described as 'drug-induced Spacemen3 -meets-the-Butthole Sufers loopage' - has anyone heard any Sukpatch material and is the decription accurate?

I have. they are pretty hit or miss. as for the description? i'd say more like the old school Mercury Rev or Flaming Lips meet the Butthole Surfers.

just watched the video for 'out the window' on sukpatch.com and it was very pleasant

reminded me a little of joy zipper, the spacemen influence seems to be very much to the background

after the comment by spzretent I think I'll try and track down a little more of their material online before committing to buying the album

i have Sukpatch mixed up with Bugskull.
Sukpatch are pretty good. Kind of like Space Needle/Varnaline-ish. I have Tie Down That Shiny Wave and the Honky Tonk Operation ep. Both good.
