I Am Not Afraid Of You And I Will Beat Your Ass

i was tempted to buy this new Tengo album just because of the class title, but it gets a great review here, and i think I'll give it a go. Plus I'm much more fond of them since I saw them play at the philarmonic hall in Liverpool a couple of years back.

Anyone heard it yet? Views?

i heard a few little bits, one of which sounds like something, maybe ghost rider, off the first suicide lp, and one that was a kind of tinkly daniel johnston esque ballad. everyone i've spoken to who's heard it says it's the best thing they've done, though, so there's something. has anyone heard the dump lps?

Theres a link to the new album there. Be sure to buy it, try before you buy fans.

I'm undecided at present. The good stuff is mindblowing and the not so good, well..Your typical Yo La tengo album then?

There are some epics on there mind.
