Does anyone know if it's available anywhere in the US, or NYC where I live? I'd at least like to browse it before deciding if it's just fluff or something interesting. I was going to order it through amazon.co.uk (which i find really weird I can get it on amazon UK but not amazon US) but shipping is almost as much as the book, and a 168 page book at that.
