when looking at the link that this is obviously based on i had return to sender floating in my head and was thinking the words/meaning is downright depressing...she doesn't love you anymore and wants nothing to do with you but the way that it is sung and the tune make it seem upbeat. there are probably loads
bunrn baby burn- ash is another one that springs to mind
hmm
saddest songs ever...with an upbeat tune

saddest songs ever...with an upbeat tune
'raging and weeping are left on the early road
now each in his holy hill
the glittering and hurting days are alomst done
then let us compare mythologies
i have learned my elaborate lie
of soaring crosses and poisened thorns'

Sorry for mentioning an obvious one but 'Love Will Tear Us Apart' is a contender. Maybe on reflection it's not the happiest song musically but it does sound a little more upbeat than the lyrics would otherwise suggest. I remember hearing it when I was young and thinking that it was a really happy song, then I learned how to read and write and speak (just about) and then realised that I'd been young and naive.
'Who Loves The Sun?' by the Velvets is another one, I'd say.
