I never really used OiNK that much, as Dime was generally a better place to find good live stuff, and it was a fair while ago that I checked it out, however I was under the impression that, like Dime, it was set up solely for trading (ie, no money changing hands) live recordings (ie, no copyrighted material). Anyone confirm?

Nope, couldn't be more off the mark. A torrent site with pre-release stuff, 'new stuff', and all sorts of old stuff.
