-Comic Book Guy...dismissing Bart from his store after attempting to by a rare Radioactive Man comic w/his fake credit card.

if you hadn't basically taken the past few months off you'd be at 2K easy. I fully expect you to take it up a notch from here.

Who's in second?

The runners-up are:

Stevie (726)
Spzretent (614)
Runcible (528)
Starfish (449)
The Breeze (433)

Stevie or Spzretent could give me a run for my money if ever I go through again what the two months of silence coincided with, but I doubt it. :)

So what was the best, Leggy?

I think it was the trousers. They were very...tight.

$26, if this is your 1000th post, why does it say 1006 posts in the author column? :?

Or have you lost count

Because I've had six posts since then. Seven now. The ident column beside a post is not contemporaneous with the post in question: it updates constantly. The post I've labelled as my 1,000th is indeed my 1,000th.

Congratulations twentysixdollars! I hope you don't mind that I use this opportunity to post my one hundredth message :-D
Got nothing else to say really...except that I received my amazing grace t-shirt in the mail recently and that I'm looking forward to see the band live in Oslo in exactly 4 weeks from today...

Hello there CinnamonBoy! It has been quite a while since last we've heard from you. How have you been?

PS Spzretent is also a Neil Young fan

Actually, I am not as big a Neil Young fan as my nickname suggests. I came up with the name the first time I entered an internet chatroom (about 8-9 years ago) and needed a catchy nickname. At that moment I was listening to Type O Negative's cover of Neil Young's song and...voila, Cinnamon Boy was born! However, I DO like Neil Young better than T.O.N. and especially the 'Dead Man' soundtrack...one of my all time favorite albums (and favorite films by the way).

I know I haven't been too active here lately, even though I read the message board almost every day. I guess I'm just waiting for the right discussion to present itself. (...hm, perhaps I should start one myself?)

Impaled Nazarene covered "Ghostriders in the Sky". vuaahhhhh...

Yes, Congratulations $26 !

If only my workload would slow down, I could get up to your number!

Any chance you could start a controversial debate? They were always fun.

How about "Should the US invade Iran?"

You've got to hope thouigh that neither Bush or Blair would do it again...surely they've learned that this whole invading coutries thing is a bit harder and messier than they thought.
