I found this a couple of weeks ago. It's got some really nice pictures.

Too funny that the Verve reunion is mentioned, when The Verve had already split up by that time.
W: What are we supposed to do with that?
M: Eat it.
W: Eat it? Fucker’s alive.
M: Yeah, you’ve got to kill it.
W: Me? I’m the firelighter and fuel collector.

about Soul on Fire:

"...I even mixed it without drums, and the label was like, ‘What the fuck are you doing (laughs)?’ I was just like, ‘It sounds too much like a pop song!’ Whatever, it’s there now..."

Brilliant interview - cheers for that!

What a great interview. Thanks for bringing that to my attention Fede77. I think thats the most relaxed I've ever known him to be in an interview.

I really enjoyed the interview too, even if he does regurgitate a lot of the usual lines about A&E.

love the way he dodges mentioning The Verve in answering that question :)

Oh, I'll do that now. Spiritualized have pretty few pictures on there. Spacemen 3 have even less.

"In England I did a radio show where I had to do an A to Z of my favorite tracks – like, play a band that began with A, one that began with B, et cetera. It was actually quite difficult like, ‘K? What’s K?’ (laughs)"

what show was this?
'raging and weeping are left on the early road
now each in his holy hill
the glittering and hurting days are alomst done
then let us compare mythologies
i have learned my elaborate lie
of soaring crosses and poisened thorns'
