This is starting to get a bit much, is it not?

I'm not really that bothered - I've got the first CD, so it's not like I'm desparate to hear this one, and I appreciate that it'll be beautifully packaged and signed, etc - but maybe they should be slightly more prepared and not take money from people for two months, without apparently having any idea when they're going to send out the finished product.

As I say, it's not that big a deal to me (I'm not running home to check the post every day), and I appreciate that there might be delays beyond their control, but the whole thing could have been managed a bit more professionally in my opinion, especially as they were taking the money up front.

It is getting a bit much, I just looked and I paid for mine on April 15th !!! Working on two bloody months now, however, I am getting a response by Iain stating that ' they will be shipping them out next week ' - it looks like the same repetitive one for the last two inquiries. I don't know ... :?

Oh! I guess the wait goes on. I did get an email (that was posted on here) but that was a few weeks ago. Cheers.

I emailed them and got this back today...

We are so sorry. We hadn't anticipated at all it taking so long to find a time where we can all sign them. We are working hard to make this happen.

Please let us know if you'd rather have a refund. In the meantime we'll press on and get this sorted.

More news from us very soon

Very best,
Iain and Jane

Pathetic. Someone is to blame for this delay and it's not the customers who bought and paid for months ago. At the very least I'd say the postage costs should be refunded and covered by the people involved in this.

I looked at JPG's response from Iain and Jane it was the samething word-for-word and I had just gotten a response from them 2 days ago.

If the cd's weren't ready, then they shouldn't have put them up for sale ??? Now, it's been 3 months (for me) and at this point just goint to wait it out, but bloody ridiculous on their part.

Just got in from work and my CD was waiting for me on the doormat. The cover looks good, somewhat larger than the last release, I'm undecided whether to open it or not.

:D

Got a badge too

:D :D
It's nice to be liked,
But it's better by far to get paid.

My copy was delivered yesterday, and I gave it a listen last night. It's been a while since I listened to the original one, but I think I prefer this new one, the performance seems better (I think).
